Inclusive Communication & Community Engagement
Drawing on over a decade of clinical experience alongside postgraduate training in Medical Anthropology, Dr Marjani explores how healthcare systems communicate with diverse communities and how culturally responsive approaches can support more inclusive care.
Her background includes clinical work across General Surgery, Psychiatry and Acute Medicine, providing a broad perspective on the challenges and opportunities within modern healthcare systems.
Through her speaking, workshops and educational work, Dr Marjani facilitates discussions on patient engagement, health communication and community empowerment. She works with healthcare professionals, students and community groups to explore how health information can be made more accessible and how trust can be strengthened between healthcare systems and the communities they serve.
